Please note: As of March 2, 2021 we have temporarily suspended COVID testing at our facility to concentrate on delivering COVID vaccines. If community demand increases we may resume testing.

What to Know Before Your Appointment:

  • The vaccine is free. You will never be asked for a credit card number to make an appointment

  • You must make an appointment to get a vaccine

  • The Moderna vaccine requires two doses. You should make sure you have a second appointment scheduled from the same site, or know how to schedule it, before leaving your first appointment.

  • You can get a vaccine even if you do not have insurance, a driver’s license, or a Social Security number

    • If you do not have insurance you must notify our staff during the registration process

    • You must bring a form of ID (it does not have to be state issued).

  • Be prepared to wait 15 to 30 minutes after receiving the vaccine for observation
